  IMG_2255.JPG - Here we are at the Spanish Steps in Rome. We spent about five seconds here, since as you can see in the distance this was the one area in Rome that totally lived up to the "ridiculously crowded" billing that everyone prepared us for. Everywhere else we went, actually, was quite nice, and getting around Rome - especially if you walk - was pleasant and quiet for the most part.
